With oil, gas and energy costs still on the rise Talbott’s has introduced a biomass energy system to produce 50kW - 2000kW, 170,000 Btu’s - 6,800,000 Btu’s of heat.

The BIO JUNIOR range is designed as a standard package including a fully automatic bunker feed system. The small size makes the unit ideal for installation on farms, larger domestic rural properties from 5 to 15 bedrooms and anywhere that there is a readily available supply of fuel.

The BIO SENIOR range is designed for larger applications and offers customers a good selection of heat outputs. Our sales representatives will work with you to determine the right size system for your operation.

BIO JUNIOR

•     Step Grate System.

•     Sophisticated controls regulate fuel feeding and 

      combustion rate to suit heat requirements,

      achieving maximum efficiency.

•     BIO JUNIOR comes with integrated fuel storage,

      as a standard package.

•     Inspection cover & Sight inspection glass.

•     Ash clean out door with option of auto de-ash.

•     Low ash level due to complete combustion.

•    Clean, high temperature combustion zone.

•    All round insulation for maximum heat

     resistance.

•    Minimum maintenance required.

•    Easily linked to existing pipe work systems.

•    Combustion chimney fan, standard for safe

      operation. (Negative Pressure)

•    Unique Horizontal Heat Exchange with ash drop

     points for maximum efficiency & clean

     combustion.

•    Rugged System capable of using a variety of fuel

      - Wood Chip, Pellets, Miscantus, SRC, etc.

•    Single phase electric connection, so can easily

      be installed into existing supply.

BIO SENIOR

•      a large high temperature ceramic lined furnace

•      the air is injected at three separate levels and

       again metered through an inverter to get the

       correct fuel to air mixture

•     the moving floor allows for complete combustion

      of the fuel to ensure clean combustion

•     the unit has a cyclone, which separates out

      airborne ash and deposits it in an ash bin

•     the Bio Range heat exchangers have mass flow

      balanced

•      horizontal fire tubes for longer operation

       between services
