When
calculated, all Emission levels are normalised to a level that will
provide a fair result, what ever Combustion method a System adopts.
All Flue Gas temperature
normalized to
273°
Centigrade.
All Oxygen percentage is normalized to
11%.
After
this calculation was carried out, five various sized Combustion Units
ranging from 600kW up to 2,000kW undertook the Emission test. The
Units utilised wet pine shavings to dry MDF Dust & the results are
stated in the following table.

The
purpose of this statement is to show that the intrinsic design of the
Talbott C Range Equipment will perform continuously to a very high
standard, meeting “State of the Art” World Emission Requirements.
The high standard of the Talbott
C.
Range is maintained due to their under-fed pre-heated Automatic Feed
System, Ceramic Lined - Triple Pass Combustion Zone & Heat Exchanges
with Secondary Ceramic Heat absorption.
